top5pages.com is the best website ever.  More specifically, it's a search engine that lets you pick your search terms and your ranking (1-5) for your website.  The top spot for any search term is $5 for a whole year.  The #2 spot is $4.  Spot #3 is $3.  Etc.  It's really cheap.  You don't have to spend thousands of dollars on search engine optimization.  (Yes, thousands of dollars.  Check out http://www.pandia.com/resources/optimization-company.html.)

You can also write a nice long description for your site if you want to.  And add pictures with your listing.  Because the word "elephant" isn't as eye-catching as

Hey!  I'm 40 and I live in SoCal with my lovely wife Laura.  In April 2007 I quit my programming job at Thomson Corporation to launch a website.  This isn't that site.  That site is ComeSeeMyShow.com.  It's doing pretty well, but in April 2008 I stopped promoting it so I could create top5pages.com.  ComeSeeMyShow.com never got to be #1 on any search engine for the search terms I wanted – "entertainment", "live music", "comedy", "theatre", "open mic", etc.  But now it's #1 for all those search terms!  Hooray for the best website ever!
